2012 Budget Summary & 2012 Budget
Snow Removal Sec. 27-114 - Snow and Ice to be removed from sidewalks
The owner of each lot or part of lot shall remove or cause to be removed all snow and ice which may have fallen or accumulated upon the sidewalk in front of the premises which he/she owns not later than 6:00 p.m. of the day after the same has ceased to fall or accumulate; provided that when ice has so formed upon any sidewalk that it cannot be removed, then the owner shall keep the same effectively sprinkled with sand, salt or other suitable substance in such manner as to prevent the ice from being dangerous, until such time as it can be removed, and then it shall be promptly removed.
Ice Skating Rinks
The ice rinks at Huegel-Jamestown Park and McKee Farms Park are now open for the season.. With changing weather conditions, a sign will be posted at the rinks indicating if the rink is open or closed.

Alternate Side Parking in Effect Nov. 15th - March 15th
Odd numbered days of the month, your vehicle should be parked on the odd numbered side of the street. On the even numbered days of the month, your vehicle should be parked on the even numbered side. The date is determined by the date it will be at 1:00 am, so when parking your vehicle, park for the date it will be at 1:00 am rather than the date it is when you park. This ordinance is in effect from 1:00 am to 7:00 am.
Street and Park Tree Pruning
City crews will prune approximately 500 street and park trees beginning December 2011 and ending in April 2012. Learn more about the pruning program and neighborhoods that will be pruned this season.
