News and Updates

New Materials

We're pleased to announce that new materials are regularly arriving at the library. Visit the adult fiction area for new adult titles, and the children's library for new kids items. Please keep in mind that new titles have a loan period of 14 days.

Walk-In Collection

We are continuously adding new items to our walk-in collections. What's a walk-in collection, you ask? A walk-in collection is made up of in-demand titles that normally would have a long hold list. DVDs and books designated for a walk-in collection cannot be placed on hold, which means if you walk in and the item is here, you can check it out! Walk-in items can be found for both adults and children. Stop in today and see what's here!

Online Resource of the Month: LearningExpress Library

LearningExpress Library

The LearningExpress Library is a free resource that provides adults, children and teens access to a wide variety of practice tests and skill building tutorials. There's so much you can do, whether it's studying for your GED, creating the perfect resume, becoming more proficient at using certain software programs, preparing for the SAT, or just brushing up on general skills. First time visitors can create a free account to start studying at home, or at the library.
